This license agreement is a legal agreement between you and Think of Design / Dynamic Web Solutions (dws). By using this product you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

This software/license is protected by national and international copyright laws. This software is licensed, not sold.

Granted Rights:This license grants you the right to install this software for use on the number of sites for which you have purchased a license. You may install this software on a single test system, but only if this test system is not available to the public and not used as an intranet serving internal clients.

Licenses are available for a single site, up to five sites and for any number of sites located in a single instance of DotNetNuke.

You are not licensed to distribute or otherwise sell any skins or containers generated using Nucleus. Any skins or containers generated using Nucleus can only be used on sites with a Nucleus license.

Limitations: You may not disassemble any version of Nucleus in order to rebrand this product and resell it. All versions of Nucleus are designed to be used in web sites as a skin framework for the DotNetNuke platform.

Ownership: Think of Design / Dynamic Web Solutions (dws) retains ownership of the software/license.

Liability: In no event shall Think of Design / dws be liable for any claim, damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of information or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or the inability to use this software/license, even if Think of Design / dws has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination: Without prejudice to any other rights, Think of Design / dws may terminate this license agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of Nucleus, any derivative work, and all of its component parts.

General: By installing this software/license you acknowledge that you have read this license agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
