Subject: IE page overflow

I am working on a page with full width. But IE wants to add a scrollbar on the bottom of the page and add 10 or more px to the page.
I just need another brain to help me with this one.

I'll answer my own question. I found the answer at
this link.
Basically, I needed to define the width. IE can't get firgure it out if there is no set width. I my case I set it to be 100%.
