Hi,
What do you mean you can't access your site?
You can always go to Admin > Skins and click "Restore Default Skin"
Also if you can access your portal via FTP, browse "/Portals/0/Skins/" and delete the skin's folder. Then try to browse your portal with the browser. DNN won't find the skin and will restore the default one.
I would be glad to know some more details about the problem you had... Could you post the URL? The skin has been tested and works fine so probably you did something wrong or there is a problem with your DotNetNuke installation.
Cheers,

You just installed the MyFirstSkin_EXTRACT_THIS.zip
You should have extracted locally first to find the skins and containers zip files you can upload!
Access your site via FTP, browse the skins folder and delete the MyFirstSkin_EXTRACT_THIS
Then browse your portal, go to Admin > Skins and click "Restore Default Skin"

alahou,
I have found that it is very good practice to unzip files on your harddrive to make sure there are not special instructions or multiple files to upload in a certain order.
Just a hint.
