I haven't created an rtl skin before... I'm sure I can do it but probably I'll need some help.
Can you show me some examples of rtl web sites?
Will you be available if I have questions during the development?

Sure, thanks.
Basically it is about adding "direction:rtl;" to some tables css( main, content) also menu, module menu etc.
Maybe also in some places there's a need to add align: right;.
That is what I know.
