Hi,
As far as I know there are no differences when it comes to skinning from DNN 3 to DNN 4.
So yes, you can use this extension to create skins for DNN 4 as well.

I know that it will work with DreamWeaver 6, 7 and 8.

I see you posted that the extension works with DW 6,7, and 8 back in 2006. Any updates to that? Do you know if it works with DW CS3? Do you know if it works with DNN 4.7? Looks like a great tool.
